You have no experience with structured fitness or physical exercise routines
You're currently doing little to no physical activity throughout week
If you train to continually have fun doing the physical activities you love and can agree with the points below, our courses will help take your active lifestyle to the next level!
You regularly participate in structured physical activity outside the gym
You make an effort to address shortcomings impeding progress toward your physical fitness
You're at the top of your game and know what you did to get there, now you want to stay there.
Take a look at our courses if you:
Compete at top level events against other top level athletes
Touch your toes, lick your elbow, or give yourself a pat on the back.
The crux of flexibility is your ability to achieve a full range of motion through a single skill or movement pattern.
Pat yourself on the back + balance on one foot +
hold a dumbbell.
This constitutes your ability to coordinate and activate multiple muscle groups to perform complex movement patterns.
A horse can't do a cart-wheel, but it can wheel a cart up a hill.
Low complexity, but functional.
Strength boils down to the amount of force you're able to exert through a single range of motion.
Fighting the burn within your muscles can be simplified by: "How long and how many?"
Pushing through higher reps and reaching longer distances, begins with controlled breathing.
