CHAOS WRANGLERS GOALS
WE WANT TO BE CLEAR ABOUT OUR GOALS
Since there are blog posts and podcast episodes alike, we believe it only fair to have some goals for each.
Because we are in the business of helping other people achieve their Fitness Goals, we are convicted about being transparent with the process of going after any kind of goal, whether it's Build the Body, Grow the Mind, or Pursue Your Passions.
1) CHASE THE GUNNY
For this goal Noah will write about his efforts chasing down his father's own personal physical training records for:
Consecutive dead hang pull ups (30+)
3 mile run (sub 18:00)
Easy to write about, much more difficult to do. Read these posts to see how Noah tackles these family benchmarks of physical fitness.
2) WIM HOF METHOD INSTRUCTOR JOURNEY
After 2.5 years of independent study and experience with the anatomy of breathing, cold exposure, and intention, Noah is ready to take his experience to the next level by working toward becoming a fully fledged Wim Hof Method Instructor. For this goal Noah will provide weekly updates about his progress toward this goal.
3) PODCAST PRODUCTION PROGRESS
With limited experience in audio editing, recording, and producing a podcast, Noah will document his experience getting Chaos Wranglers' podcast up and running.
1) 50 EPISODES - 12/31/2018 ; 25 EPISODES - 08/25/2018
Pretty straight forward goal here. Thank you for your time.
2) WIM HOF METHOD INSTRUCTOR JOURNEY (10 EPISODES) #growthemind #whmjourney
After 2.5 years of independent study and experience with the anatomy of breathing, cold exposure, and intention, Noah is ready to take his experience to the next level by working toward becoming a fully fledged Wim Hof Method Instructor. For this goal Noah will provide updates about his progress toward this goal, using the podcast as a journal to help provide a record of notable milestones and experiences, including his attendance of a VIP experience at the Wim Hof International Tour in Los Angeles, CA this November (2018).
3) NO SCRUBS. SCRUM. (10 EPISODES)
In this series of episodes, the goal is to document how Scrum has impacted Noah and to expose listeners to this simple management framework, to help tackle the complexity of making long term plans not become overwhelming or lost in the day to day comforts of a routine or unproductive habit.
