To improve your nutrition fitness, it's important to know what you're working with before you dive into this highly complex realm. To help simplify the nitty gritty, we baseline our nutrition fitness based on 3 main Body Types:

  • Mesomorph

  • Ectomorph

  • Endomorph​

 

Upon signing up you will gain access to our Recipe Library, which is organized by Body Types and Meals (bfast, lunch, dinner), as well as receiving a detailed infographic explaining how to identify your own Body Type.

EMBRACE FOODS

After learning your Body Type, it's time to start embracing the foods optimal for you. This doesn't mean a radical shift is expected to occur overnight, but instead introducing you to the concepts of mindful eating in an, ahem, digestible format.

 

Using the Recipe Library provided upon sign up, you will be able to begin introducing meals that compliment your Body Type.

Flexibility Icon

Touch your toes, lick your elbow, or give yourself a pat on the back.

The crux of flexibility is your ability to achieve a full range of motion through a single skill or movement pattern.

hold a dumbbell.

This constitutes your ability to coordinate and activate multiple muscle groups to perform complex movement patterns.

Low complexity, but functional.

Strength boils down to the amount of force you're able to exert through a single range of motion.

Endurance Icon

Fighting the burn within your muscles can be simplified by: "How long and how many?"

Pushing through higher reps and reaching longer distances, begins with controlled breathing.

Learn bodyweight training skills to build your body,

while also developing a fitness routine to reach your Fitness Goals.
