Q: What is the difference between a guest and affiliate trainer?

If you’re familiar with the sports mentality, “look better, play better”, the difference between a full classroom and empty one can oftentimes boil down to the look and feel of your delivery.

 

A guest trainer is provided with the tech tools needed to manage their students/clients. However, an affiliate trainer additionally receives:
 

  • An Intuitive Roots email address

  • IR Trainer polo shirt (black and white available)

  • An info section on the About page

  • Authorization to teach IR Courses

Q: How do I become an Affiliate Trainer?

A: While there are currently no certification requirements, we do place an importance on knowing who is promoting and teaching Intuitive Roots’ classes. There is a 3 step consultation process before becoming a Guest or Affiliate Trainer:

  2. Confirmation

  3. Activation

Q: How does Virtual Fitness Training work?

A: Intuitive Roots uses Trello and Google Hangouts to provide the backbone of our Virtual Fitness Training service. Trello is used to provide you, a trainer, with the tools to manage multiple VFT Courses, your students, and their Fitness Goals. Google Hangouts is used to host the Live Video Feed, so it's familiar and reliable. 

Q: How do we split the total revenue of each Virtual Fitness Training class?

A: As a guest trainer, you keep 60% of the total revenue for all clients that sign up to your classes under the ‘Guest Trainer Classes’ section of the IR website. We keep 40% and provide you with the tools to train as many clients as you like. You're paid for your classes after the 2 session grace period made available to students in the event of a refund scenario.

Affiliate trainers split revenue 50/50% due to increased technical support and operations costs.

Q: Why doesn’t Discipline Burn offer a video library of each training session?

A: We believe by not offering the video library to paying students of the class, we heighten the importance of attending every class session. If you don’t use it, you lose it, so please, use it.

Q: How do I get IR Tech help if something isn’t working?

A: If you need assistance, look for anywhere that says 'IR Tech Help' or 'Click Here For IR Tech Support'. These hyperlinks open a form that helps IR Tech resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
