Each week a new 30-35 minute video will be uploaded here, to give you a solid workout routine to Build The Body.

To make sure you fully understand each skill performed during your course, the Skills Library has videos for each skill's:

  • Concept (why the skill is helpful)

  • Standards (safety and effectiveness are #1)

  • Modifications & progressions (too easy? too hard?)​

TRAINING GEAR

  • Any household items needed

  • Any training gear specific to course (kettlebells, steel mace)
