Blending professional expertise and personal understanding, we strive to be more than a traditional “blood and sweat” fitness training solution.

 

We do so by emphasizing a balance between time spent training, with actually enjoying the results of improved physical fitness, clarity of purpose, and the ability to quiet the voice saying to each of us, “I can’t.”

IR NUTRITION

How you perceive food is the crux of physical fitness.

It's so important in fact, that we believe nutrition begins with the mind.

Our approach to food aims to strike a realistic balance between nutrition-dense recipes that satisfy taste buds.

We guide students nutrition through 3 levels:

  1. Understanding your body type and the foods optimal for you
     

  2. Matching your food consumption with activity levels
     

  3. Focusing on whole foods​ vs. processed products

As a baseline, we provide everyone access to a list of healthy and tasty meals via our IR Recipe Share.
